C90T Bad Rear Break Disk

I own a Suzuki C90T and purchasedit in April 2007. After 5,000 miles the rear break disk went out. The rivets got loose and the disk almost fell apart. The warranty on the motorcyclepaid for it. After 1,600 milesthe rear break disk went out again andthe warranty did not want to pay for what had happen. I ended up paying for the labor anddisk and cost me $446.00.Recently, after 600 miles,it went out for the third time. I do not know now what to do on this situation. I do not know if the warranty will pay forit or not. I amafraid of the motorcycle. I believe it is notsafe anymore. Some of my friends think Suzuki needs to replace the motorcycle because it is a safety issue and my life is on the line. Thewarranty on the C90T willexpire on April 10, 2008.
Also,I would feelguilty if I trade it in for another and someone else will purchase thedefected motorcycle.I NEED HELP PLEASE!
