Default engine swap on 2006 C50

I want a bigger engine for my C50, will the M90 or M95 (which ever it is) or M109 bolt in.

Also will I need to change the wiring harness or just the ECU for the bigger engine to work.

The M series engines seem to be tuned for performance more so than the C series engines. Thats why I was looking at the M series.

Been almost 7 months.......no replies.

Just a friendly bump to possibly get some ideas about an engine swap.

I am interested in putting an S&S engine, maybe something around 96 to 100 cubic inches.

problem is the C50 is shaft driven. I dont know if S&S makes a tranny that has a shaft drive.

probably best off to just by a bare bones frame kit with wheels, tank, fenders, etc, and then by the engine.
