I'm finally riding again after being away from bikes for about 25 years. I've been looking at the C90 black and I think I can be very happy with it but I have also been looking at the VTX 1300R which I think I could also be happy with. I am going to make the move within the next 2 weeks and buy a 2006 but I would really appreciate it if someone could help me make up my mind. Thanks ahead of time for any help.

 

I have the C-50 and love it. I was off a bike for many years also.
That is why I went with the 50. The bigest bike I had before was a Kaw 440.

 

Thanks for the info. Like I said, I'm sure I'll be happy if the C90 ends up being my final choice. It's a beautiful bike.

I had the same dilema as you.I've been a honda fan for over 20 years.I test drove the vtx 1300.It looked great! But, it had a lot of vibration going down the road.Also carbs?Why! I test drove a C90.Great bike.Looks and sounds great.Smooth going down the road at 70mph.Gotta love that! I was concerned with the size.It's a pretty big bike.
I'm 5'8" 200lb.It handles great. Very well balanced.The only knock is the small gas tank.Next time I'd buy the C90T.The gas tank is a little bigger.I average 42mpg.Pull the trigger and buy that bike!!!
