This is the first bike I have owned / riden. I love it, just wished it sound a bit better. I really don't want to buy new pipes, but think I might. Any suggestions on what to do or which pipes to buy?

Live in the midwest and we have been without rain most of the summer, until the last week. Sucks looking at the bike and not riding it.

I have a dealer friend checking on pipes from Vance and Hines, I beleive the pipes from the old 1500 will work on it.
