Default VL1500 cylinder compression difference

Hi members,
I have bought last year a 2006 VL1500 and a did the periodical maintenace this spring. Change oil, filters, spark plugs, brake fluids, brake pads, shoes.... and I have checked the compression of both cylinder. The result is: #1 = 12 bars (175 psi), #2 = 8 bars (115 psi).
I have no starting problem, no smoke, 6-7 litres (1,7 gal) consumption per 100 kms, no any knocking, clanking, etc., smooth running, good power, just some resonance in high rpm. I have also checked the temperature of booth cylinder, the working temperature is 100-102 degC (210 F) in the middle of cylinders and 118-120 degC (250 F) on the cylinderheads. Also checked the inside of cylinders by camera, there are both guys in good condition, can see the radial micro scratches from the surface finishing and no any abnormal surface damages. Both sparking plug were in good, light brown condition and no oil spilling and no overtensioned de-compression cable.
Is there any maintenance expert who found the cause of this difference? Do you know any other check to find the problem? Can I use my bike with this pressure difference?
I wait for expertised answers, thank you in advance!
