Default Winter Storage 2007 Boulevard C90SE

Greetings,
Does anyone have a idea on winterizing a 2007 Suzuki Boulevard C90. Suzuki is indicating in the manual to fill the crankcase to the top of the engine... (the filler cap). Does this apply to heated or unheated storage...or both...
Is this overkill or a necesary task... I plan on storing the machine in an unheated barn. I will lift the wheels off the ground with a jack and leave it latched over the winter. I am also going to remove the plugs and put a tablespoon of engine oil down the hole. I have also filled the tank and will add fuel stabilizer. Some sites say to drain the fuel in the spring... Where is the fuel drain for this bike.

Steve
