I have an 05 C90 that hiccups after it heats up (also hard to start when hot). I have installed 3" DG Hardchromes and Power Commander. I put a K&N on it and mapped it with the only map available for DG 3"ers, with is the 3" Bigstraights with stock filter. I put the stock filter back on it and I still have the same problems.

I guess I will have to have it Dyno'd unless some of you have other suggestions. I would appreciate any help.
