does anyone know if i can replace a stator out of a 2007 c90 into my 2005 c90. as i have heard the 2005-2006 had stator problems and they fixed the problem in 2007. so in order to avoid another replacement with a 2005 stator i wanted to put in a stator out of a 2007.

 

According to bikebandit.com the stator assembly for both the 2005 and the 2007 are the same item number.
