Default C50T debaffle questions

I'm a new rider - bought my C50T about 3 months ago and love every minute of it.. I read several places on the internet (post and blogs) about people who drill symetrical holes in their tail pipes to get a better sounds. I wouldn't mind a more deeper sound but I just don't know enough about it to make a well informed decision. Also - I saw on You-Tube where they "Debaffled" not sure what that entails. Does someone has a web site that explains that in simple terms.

Thanks everyone.

Default RE: C50T debaffle questions

1- you can go to u-tube and type in debaffle for suzuki's and watch videos of sound before and after, as well as how to do it cheaply using your stock pipes, as well as a couple of different options, full or partial. 2- your sound will get louder and deeper, my 05 M50 has 8000+ miles and sounds decent. I'll decide in the spring if I'm going to change my exhaust.3- Also from what I've heard if you do debaffle, you'll have to add on a power commander(?)I'm not sure I've got the right name here, but you'll need it to help regulate fuel, backfiring etc.#3 is totally what I've read and heard, I don't know anyone who's actually done it yet. Hope this helps
