Engine Noise from M50

Looking for some advice. My 2007 M50 is making a strange knocking sound. Anyone have any ideas what it could be:

sorry bud, don't know, but since it is running in neutral i don't think it is clutch or transmission. can't tell from the video if it's a low engine noise or high level.
check to see if any metal is in the oil.
