intermitant electrical problem

intermitant electrical problem
i have a 2006 boulevard m50bk5. the indicator lamps for the hi beams , 4way flasher and both turn signals flicker / go blank while riding over moderate bumps. but i am able to get them back by touching the wire harness under gas tank . has anyone else experienced this problem
