LAUNCHING OF SUZUKI BOULEVARD M1500 "0km" IN BR / DF

REPRESENTATIVE IN BRAZIL => J TOLEDO SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE OF BRAZIL

Initially I would like to submit:
NAME: Oduvaldo Respino
OCCUPATION: Colonel AV R1 of the Air Force Command
CITY: Brasilia / DF
Tels.: (0xx61) 8413-7456 / 2023-1857
E-MAIL: respino77@brturbo.com.br

We go to the events: on August 6 this year, I acquired through the company SMAFF SUZUKI, located in the CIS - excerpt 1 / 2 - Lots: 650 / 660 - Brasília / DF, phone: (0xx61) 3042-1820 / 3042-1720 / 3042-1870, as NF-and No. 787 - Series 1, a motorcycle brand SUZUKI BOULEVARD M1500, black, "0km", recently released, I was delivered on August 12 (5 º F) by Mr. Edmilson manager. The negotiation took place with the entry of a motorcycle brand SUZUKI BOULEVARD C1500, in the year 2005 / 6, black, my property, valued at R $ 23,000.00, as input, and the complementation of R $ 24,000.00, performed by depositing in the current account indicated by the manager above. On August 13 (6 ª F) paid the insurance DPVAT of R $ 110.22 and on day 16 (2nd f) automobile taxes in 2010 amounting to R $ 346.16. So far, so OK.
Turns out I ran 12 and August 13 about 35 KM. in total. On August 14 (Saturday), day of the launch of this model by SMAFF I was invited to attend, from 10am., A breakfast, share the purpose of launching the same, mainly because it was the first bike that model to run on BR / DF.
On the way up to my residence SMAFF, the bike started to have an apparently sound in the clutch or gearbox, this passage in the 3rd to 4th gear, around 60 KM. It was slow and straight to SMAFF.
There he was attended by Mr. Edmilson who called the bike and found the loud blast and told the mechanic - Mr. Eduardo disassemble the clutch. I was told that the defect was a slack in the clutch system and would be requesting a new part to the factory. The estimate is that the bike would be ready by the 18th of August (4th F).
After August 19 (5 º F) informed me that the factory would be requesting that the whole engine, as such part had not worked and continue to stay the noise, without knowing what the defect.
Until today, August 27 (6 ª F), the manager has not approved an exchange for another bike, stating that it is not the procedure adopted by the brand manufacturer SUZUKI. Hence my anger because I acquired a bike "0km" and not with a motorcycle crash to be investigated and perhaps fully repaired.
The last contact was on the other SMAFF manager, Mr. Alberto Cury, informing me that the factory was making repairs and had no deadline. Still said the factory was located in Jundiai / SP (SAC Phone: 011-3378-700), which later gave phone as lacking and that the person responsible for the Engineering Industry would be Mr. Carlos Zolim, and responsible for the Sector Ms. Cintia would guarantee that he was in contact directly.
