Default M50 buzzing, and play in throttle

Brand new M50 black, about 200 miles on it. The buzzing that you hear when it starts quiets down..but then once you start moving it becomes very loud agian...sounds like it's coming from the speedometer.
Also my throttle seems to have WAY too much play (left to right). Has anyone else experienced this...I would really appriciate any feedback..thanx

Same problem here...once again poor craftsmanship....

the buzz is actually coming from the to pieces of plastic just behind the forks... where you stick the key in. those two pieces of plastic arent secured very well and wiggle indepedent of either side cuasing the annoying buzzz.

Once again dissapointed with the bike and its craftsmenship.

I have *exactly* the same problem. I love the bike overall (and have done a lot of customizing to it),
but I noticed the buzzing almost immediately after I got it last month.

The side-to-side play in the throttle grip is driving me nuts - I can't figure out a way to tighten up the
gap. (Well, short of putting on some custom grips....which just may happen very very soon)

I put kuryakyn ISO-grips on my M50. No noises....yet.

Weyrlord, what types of customizing have you done? Any pictures
