Default Oil Leak

My '05 M50 seems to have sprung a leak. The right side engine cover's (i guess it's called) gasket blew out. Now it looks fairly easy to do.It looks likeI just need to pull the exhaust, that one plastic piece by the cover, then just those bolts for the cover.AmI right in assuming this? Is there anything to watch out for? Just to give you guys some backround, I'm a Ford technician with master status, so woriking with tools isn't something new to me. I usually don't feel like working on my own stuff after working on other people's all day, so if it turns out to be something complicated I'll probably just take it somewhere (it's at least a 2 week wait anywhere i go).

Thanks in advance,
Chopshop
