My son has a 2006 S40 and it died one day. It is getting fuel and spark, but won't start or run. I do not think it is building pressure and I think he burned a valve or the pressure relief valve is stuck open. I am going to rebuild it and was wondering if anyone can point me to a place that sells rebuild kits and parts. Since I have it apart, I was thinking of beefing it up a bit, seeings how my son is now an adult and will probably want to go faster and have a little more pickup and go.

try cleaning the the carb before you tear down an engine. They can get clogged even when you are riding regularly.
