I just bought an 06 Boulevard S40 single cylinder. I absolutely hate the exhaust note and would like to change it to a straight pipe in leiu of chopping the muffler off completely. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find aftermarket exhausts for these bikes before I break out the Sawzall?

 

I have an S40 as well, and the only thing I could find was from Dennis Kirk.

You can link to it here. I have not gotten them so I cannot say how well they are. I am probably going to upgrade to a vtwin in the next year so I don't want to invest too much coin into my S40. But the stock pipe is HORRIBLE! Have you had any luck finding aftermarket replacement seats for it? The stock seat is awful!

I changed my baffle to a fishtail and baffled it, sounds better. Just picked it off of Jireh for about $60.
