Default Won't start 2005 suzuki s50

ever since i got it a year ago i had a little trouble starting it. it would take 4 or 5 attempts, then ride fine. it was when it recently quit altogether that i remembered, on those false starts i never heard the starter fire.
recently i got a new battery and spark plugs (do these only have2 plugs?) now what

PLEASE HELP

Is the fuel fresh?, might need to drain. How many miles, might need service. Check the fuses, ,might be a bad one that had a crack or something. Pull the spark plugs and reattach the leads, hold one plug base firmly against the engine, hit the electric starter button. If you get a blue spark, it's not electrical/starter. No spark, well you've illiminated the fuel system.

Default S50 wont start

My partner has a 2005 S50 which, for two years had the same problem. When you pull on the choke button, it comes out about three notches and stops. The bike will not start cold. If you pull a little harder you will get another one or two notches, and the bike will start first time. You still have to stay with the machine - the choke seems to retract by itself before it is fully warmed up.
