Default Suzuki Carry Van those new rotating seats

My first Suzuki was a 1982 Carry Van bought second hand for c. $4,200 in 1985 with c. 65,000 km on the clock. It had a high roof and in high wind areas I often feared I would take flight. It had some rust which became a problem.

I traded it in on a new 1989 Super Carry Van, bought on the day of the Newcastle earthquake for c. $14,000+. It has a fold up back seat for 2 extra passengers. It has only done 98,000 km, and I hoped it would see me out.

Unfortunately, with advancing age and osteoarthritis, 2 knee and a hip replacements, it is difficult for me to get into the Carry as the seat is so high and it is dangerous for me when the vehicle is parked on a slope; ideally it should be 5 inches [12cm] lower.

I am wondering if those new seats which Suzuki is trialling [they rotate and slide outwards ] could be fitted to my Suzuki.

Is the engine in the newer Carry Vans in the snub nose, or still under the front seats? and are they just as high? Could the new rotating seat be fitted to them?

I really need a vehicle like a carry van, as I am a keen gardener, and transport bales of hay, bags of manure, plants [and the occasional small piece of furniture]. It is also easier to get into a high vehicle as one doesn't have to bend down.

As one elderly friend from a farm says, "Have you noticed that when you try to get into a car, your hat gets knocked off?"
