poss. elet porbs
i have a 1981suzukiGS 850 L and i just put a new rectifier on it. i need help the bike still doesn't start. i think the prob might be the solenoid. if any one has seen this prob or can give any help let me know

You can also visit the forum at <http://www.thegsresources.com> and talk to a lot of experienced guys there. You haven't provided enough information (symptoms) for me to do anything but guess. Yes, it could be the solenoid. It could also be the starter, battery, starter clutch, bad/corroded electrical connections, etc.
