rm 125 problems please help!!

hi my rm 125 2002 bike, when i start it and put it into gear, the bike is judering with the clutch pulled in whats wrong?

dude ya need otr adjust ya clutch but most probly replace ya plates, sounds like she's slipping, their worn out mate
