Does anyone know how to keep the gear indicator working after installing a TRE? I have an '05 GSX-R1000 and once the TRE was installed, my mechanic said the gear indicator would always read "5" when in any gear! This is kind of annoying...I thought the gear indicator was a nice feature, but I figured there must be a way to wire this up so that it works while the TRE is installed. Please...any suggestions would be helpful!
