Hey, I am a first time poster. I am looking to buy my first bike, and have been looking at Kawasaki EX500s. I got a tip that GS500s are very similar. I was wondering if you could give me any info you guys had the reliability, availability, and overall satisfaction with the GS500s. Is it a good starter bike? Etc etc. Any info you could give me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

yea i think theyre pretty good bikes i just got one probably about a month ago and i love it and it is a great starter bike its not slow but its not too much power that could easily get away from you. ive heard pretty good things about both bikes and both are relatively cheap too. mine's an '04 gs500f i paid $2500 for it it had some cosmetic damage but other than that thebike runs great. in my opinion definately a bike to look into.
