what oil to use @ 31,000 miles

Hey guys, I have a 2000 GSXR 750 and it has always had Mobil 1 SYN oil in it. I am getting a little clutch sliping. What oil should I use, and Is there any other forums for GSXR 750's

I personally use the Spectra Gold 10W40. It's pretty good quality oil for 4 stroke bikes.

also try amsoil. they sell several different blends for bikes they all meet oem specs
