I am riding a 2007 model Suzuki hayabusa and since the beginning the bike makes a grinding sound at 2000rpm and no where else the sound softens a bit after the bike is fully warmed up. Went to the agent mechanic changed the tensioner to no avail. The sound is still audible. Does anyone out there has this same problem? other than that the bike runs perfectly fine. rev the engine and hold at 1.5 to 2k rpm and the sound will be audible.
