2005 Suzuki Forenza Overheat Issue
Good afternoon guys.
I'm having what seems like a weird issue with my 05 forenza. About a month ago, I first saw my temperature gauge spike all the way to max about 10 minutes into my morning commute. I pulled over, let the engine cool for a bit, then unscrewed the coolant reservoir cap. The coolant bubbled over violently, then receded back into the engine/system.
I kept driving it to work and there was no issue the rest of the day. But, the same exact thing continued to happen like clock work every day. I would replenish the coolant and finally I brought it into the shop after 3 or 4 days.
Well, $2000 and a new thermostat, radiator, and head gasket later...I'm still having the same issue.
Its been in and out of the shop 3 times now, and I am getting desperate.
Can anyone offer insight at what else, that hasn't already been fixed, could cause this quick (no code triggering) overheat?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will offer generous compliments as payment for advice given. Thanks!
