Ok. Long story as short as possible. Bought 96 X90. Had water pump leak. Tore down to change pump. When turning motor to line up timing marks. I see cam mark is 2 teeth to the right. No vehicle ran, but low on power. Took belt off. Lined up cam where it is supposed to be. Straight up. Crank mark is on the money. Change water pump. Put belt back on and adjusted. Won't start. Put back at 5° btdc. Check distributor. It us now off. Put distributor where it is supposed to be. Get it to start. Runs very erratic. Now back to no start. Antitheft light is now on. Car did not come with key fob. Google said to put key in on position for 20 mins. Antitheft light is now out. Vehicle still won't start. Tries, but won't catch. Advanced distributor one tooth. Still nothing. Help. Any ideas. Checking spark here in a few mins.
