Hello, brand new to this forum. Old rider that quit riding 20 yrs ago, and just started back
Bought a C-50 to get "back in the saddle" and been riding again for over a year. I ride everyday except when it rains, or gets over 100.
Come from Suzuki family, Dau = 650 Savage, Son = 1200 Bandit....

Rode from April of 65' till I moved to Midland, TX in September of 93'.
Reason for Quitting; they were -and still are to some extent- slaughtering bikers over here.
Reason for climbing back on the saddle; I miss it for one. My 19 year old son got a wild hair and was pressing har for a Gixxer 600. It took about 4 weeks to steer him away from his first and last 160mph (Death) ride.
I'm interested in a SV 1000 for me and a SV 650 for my son.
We'll see what developes.
Might see you on the road as a daily driver and day-tripper.
