Hi All, I'm from New Zealand (down under)
I have just installed COBRA FI 2000 closed loop fuel processor and COBRA STREETROD exhaust on my 2009 C50.
My problem is this:
Installation complied with COBRA'S instructions and LED tests etc. Start up is all good but once revs go up the FI signal flashes with clock and RED FI light comes on permanently. Although the bike runs well this is anoying and I am wondering if I have done something wrong with installation. We do not have any COBRA experts down here and unfortunately because mine is not a US but METRIC specked bike COBRA themselves tell me that SUZUKI and not them have done something to stock ECU that signals to dash these messages when O2 sensors have been modified. I don't know if COBRA are being truthfull or just trying to fob me off.
Has anyone experienced this problem and if so how do I fix it.
