Epson V30 Scanner & 2010.2
Greetings. I'm trying to get the v30 scanner to work & paly under Mandriva 2010.2
I've tried the different things found on the web, but it looks like they only work for 2009.2 and earlier. When I try to use the rpm's that they recommend under 2010.2, I get conflict issues. So far, all I've managed to do is completely hose my machine by removing things I shouldn;t have touched. I've just about gotten it back together. It'll boot, but I have lost all of my icons & shortcuts on my 
desktop.( That's a thread for a different forum, if I can't put Humpty Dumpty back together again.)

Any ideas about the scanner?
I thought about using it on a Windows VM, but I can't get USB working on the VM.
