Hello I just purchased saddlebags for my S40.I installed the brackets. How do you attach the saddlebags? There are small loops on the bottom of the saddlebags, what are they for?Also the black strap between the bags, does this strap slip under the seat? There were no directions for attaching the bags? Thank you.

 

Yes you should put the bags under the seat. there's normally a strp or some type of fastener on the back of the bags that will attach to the brackets.
