1999 RM167 Drag Bike
1999 Suzuki RM167, built by Joshua Clifford Larkosh of Max Power Engines Inc, at a cost of almost $2000 (**minimum 100 octane fuel**). You cannot get the newer rm125's built this big. This bike is currently set up as a drag bike, with adjustable lower shock mount and springs shortened by the fastest man on two wheels, Larry " The Spiderman" McBride (has about 4-5" of fork travel). Scott steering stabilizer recently installed, two way hydraulic adjustments. New Wiseco piston, ring, and base gasket. New Barnett clutch, springs, pressure plate, perch, bars, grips. K&N filter. Tires are in great shape. Fork tubes can be easily replaced to make her a trail bike again. Comes with factory and Clymer service manuals, and some extra knick-knack parts.
1999 RM 125
167cc bore/stroke job by Max Power Engines inc. ($2000 just for this, requires minimum 100 octane fuel, we use Cam II) 60mm bore, 55mm stroke
Scott Steering Stabilizer ($410)
New clutch ($130)
New Wiseco Piston and ring (+base gasket) ($130)
New Pressure Plate ($70)
Fork Springs custom cut by Larry "the Spiderman" Mc Bride ($210)
Custom adjutable dogbones on the shock (Cheap cause I made them) ($30)
K&N air filter ($40)
Passing 250's on the track (Priceless)
This is simply the baddest 125 around. Changes in the race rules made us think about
switching to trail riding instead.
Will consider trading for a 2-stroke 85, or 4-stroke 125 in REALLY good shape.
