I have been riding since I could walk, have done a few restorations of old RMs and a few TSs and had no idea what It was. He gave me the frame number, which came back as a 1980, and I submitted the photos to a guy @ Vintage Suzuki and even he had no idea what it was. Judging by the condition, the fact that it was missing some key pieces, I went ahead and passed on it. The only thing worse than buying a cool rare item for a good deal, is buying a cool old rare item that is so rare no one knows what it is. Good luck with it, have you been able to find out anything about it? Are there any castings on the cylinder or head that may lead to a manufacturer?
