Default carb help in colorado altittude

So Im sure this might have been covered before but I need some more clarity.
I have a 2006 rmz 250. Carb Keihin FCR standard carb. Well I am having a slight problem with a low and mid range stumble or a bogg. To get rid of it I have to give it more throttle. So here is what I am doing. I just removed the carb to see what is in it for the jetting. For the main jet is a 162 standard is 170. The Pilot jet is a 45 with is stock. The starter jet which I am not sure what it does yet but is a 76 not sure what stock is. The main needle is set in the 3rd line down.
So can anyone tell me what they were trying to do with this set up. What do I need to get rid of this problem and make this thing just run smooth while I am trail riding over rocks and single trails. Full throttle is a bit to much.

thanks
