I have a 2006 Boulevard C50T. It has issues maintaining a certain speed. It starts to run rough and hesitates. It doesn't have any issues when I am accelerating or shifting gears. My bike does not have a tach, but the issue could be only at certain RPMs. Happens in all gears.

I have replaced:
Fuel pump last year (before issue started)
Fuel injectors last year (before issue started)
Spark plugs
coil packs and wires.

Any help or suggestions would be great!
