I have attached a youtube video of my bike. It does not idle smoothly and pops out of the carbs for the 2 inner carbc/cylinders. I have rebuilt the carbs and put in new stock kits. The air box was missing so I put the 4 pods on it. While riding it, often goes from falling on its face to smooth/strong acceleration (often times withing a few seconds). Do I have a carb issue or is it something else I should be looking at?
