i have a blown engine and i found a replacement but its a 1999 modlle. can anyone tell me if this will work in my 02 intruder. like trans match up electrail etc!!! please need help

I got offered to buy a 2002 Suzuki Marauder 800 for only $2500. The bike has barely over 2000 miles so it has not been worked too hard. This would be my first bike. Good Value? Good Bike? Any other thoughts?

How much it cost to fix the O2 sensor and the catalytic converter 2002 Suzuki esteem car?
2002 Suzuki esteem car didn't pass emission test and they said something wrong with the O2 sensor and the catalytic converter.
Do you know how much it cost to fix problem so it can pass emission test and tab can be renewed?
Car has 98k miles on it.
