I have a S40. I've laid the bike down twice and broken the flimsy plastic turn signals both times ($100 to replace each time). Is there an upgrade available? I was wondering if I could take the turn signals off an SV650 which are mounted on a flexible housing and put them on my S40.

Any ideas besides the obvious don't lay the bike down?
