Thumbs down s50 cobra slip on install prob

Howdy mates. I have a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard S50 and after speaking with with J&P Cycles I bought a Dyno jet kit and some Cobra slip on mufflers.

THE PROBLEM
The Cobra Slip On mufflers do not sit right on the bike. they are way too low which makes the bike un-rideable and the brackets that are on the slip ons do not align with anything on the bike. the paperwork for the bike says it is good for SUZUKI INTRUDERS (I believe up to the year 2004) and I have a Boulevard 2008 ( in know its almost the same bike). The SKU of the slip ons are 3163TSSC and after calling J&P Cycles they insist that I have the correct slip on. I would appreciate detailed pictures from anybody who has this setup or has experience with this issue. Thanks.
