Default New 2005 Forenza, Any Mods/Parts Available?

ok, i just went from a honda civic to a suzuki forenza. old lady wrecked my civic, and i dont pick up the forenza from the lot for another week or so, but i already know it will be a hard transition. ive been looking online, and apparently there are no mods, intakes, or anything to boost a little more power or speed out of these cars. i like the horsepower, only one less than my civic was, but from what i read, it's got a MUCH slower acceleration and 0-60 time (probably because it is much heavier). anyone know of mods or ways to boost power, without spending too much? or is premium gas about as good as i'm goin to get? Thanks, TopHorse

Um I wouldnt do premium unless its recommended! Your car should be designed to run off of regular, and to run premium is only going to cause deposits and headaches down the road. I know this goes against conventional wisdom, but look around the net, I think youll find, premium doesnt burn as effiecently because all of its added additives slowing the process. Or something like that...sorry, Im not a chemical engineer.

www.forenzamotorsports.com

or

www.optramotorsports.com

www.forenzamotorsports.com has spent some time with this car and all it lacks is aftermarket support which we are working on.
At forenza motorsports the goal to build a catalog of parts that include Forenza Header or a Ceramic coated header & also trying to get a company to make a Forenza Cat Back exhaust or Forenza full exhaust.
A Forenza Carbon Fiber dash kit , Forenza cold air intake , Forenza spark plug wires ( forenza 8mm wires that is ) , and a computer ECU upgrade are in the "talks" right now so I will update more later.
Forenza Body Kit Forenza Ground Effects are being worked on!

360D is closed and the other 2 sites arent even up and running. your best bet is to get an idea of what you want and have someone "custom" fabricate that crap if you dont want to spend hours and hours online researching what others have done.
