Default Starting problem

Hello all - I'm new to this forum and am hoping someone can offer any help on the problem I'm having with my '04 grand vitara 4x4 that has 18,000 miles on it. I took vehicle to the dealer a month ago as it was either having a long starting crank or wasn't starting at all....the dealer replaced all 6 spark plugs and also replaced the timing chain tensioner. However, I started having the same problem so I took it back to the dealer, they have had the vehicle for two days and have not been able to find any problems with it. Has anyone had any similar issues? Thanks very much

Default RE: Starting problem

I have had no problems with any of my Suzuki's but had a Buick doing this same thing and turned out to be the cam sensor. The sensor goes bad and the computer can't co-ordinate the firing with the cam timing.
You might ask !

Thanks , Mike
