Default 1988 suzuki dr Problems

Hi there, i have a 1988 suzuki DR (SJ), i have recently replaced the Cam shaft, cam chain, cam tensioners and rockers due the a tapping in the bike, this made the bike slightly more quite but there is still a loud tapping noise there, i was told that it could either be the pistion hitting the spark plug, or that my little end bearing needs replacing but i have looked all over the net to try and get one and cannot find one anywhere if anyone can send me a link to get one ( cheapish if poss ) that would be great.

assuming that it is the spark plug tapping the piston i am just going to replace the gaskets as the old gasket is compressed and looks asif it has never been changed anyway, so i have bought a full gasket set.

if i can find a small end bearing and change that i am hoping it is that, hate having to use public transport and want to get on my bike for the summer !
