Just got my 2009 RMZ250 back from the shop after a crank seizure. It ran good for an hour, staled and the kicker is locked like it seized again. After a 20 min. cool down, it kicks hard and runs. Seems to run OK, but... What the heck is up with that? Is there such a thing as vapor lock or de-compressor malfunction? Has anyone had an issue like this?

 

mine did the same so if you get it fixed let me know what happen and how much it costs

 

Well it is not the decompresor. but then i could be vapor lock. why don't you remove the lock and clean it and place it back. i think it should resolve the issue.
