Default extreme project need BIG help

ok i know a little about bikes but not enough so hopefully you guys can help mei wanna know which ones would be better ok...from a 600cc-1300cc now heres the twist the engine is going into a custom frame which will be 5-6ft wide and close to 10ft long based on a f1 style frame and body frame will be made of aluminum,double-wishbone suspension,15inch wide tires in the rear 12inch in the front and whatever engine goes in will have the body like the fairings the sides and front fairings will be laid down to a certain degree and will be molded together like a whole body now the big thing i plan to put 300hp+ in the engine my idea is twin or 3 turbos 1 in each air duct like you'd see in f1's and 1 above like you see behind the driver basically a f1 inspired vehicle with motorcycle parts lol i want to know which would be the most efficent,cost worthy,best sound engine and if it would matter if you have a 600cc and a busa with the same hp everything the same if it would make a performance and or sound diffrence basically what engine would be the best for this project since i plan to put twin garrertgt35s in it which is the best monster engine?

any questions or answers will be extremely appreciated since i don't know alot about bikes...thanks...john
