Has anyone changed sprocket sizes to alter gearing? I've got a 2009 Bandit 1250, the only mods have been a power outlet for the GPS, and factory luggage installed.

While I love the bike, my range has been limited to about 150 miles when at fast highway speeds (85 mph). I plan to ride from Florida to Oklahoma, and would like to cut down on gas stops if possible.

Also, when this bike is cold it almost feels like the carbs are starving, which can't be on an injected engine. This happens at approximately 3000 rpm, mostly with a cold engine in the afternoon.
