Talking '09 XL-7 handling/braking upgrades

Bought an '09 XL-7 w/AWD and most of the options for my wife. Being that these rigs are GM underpinnings and mechanicals, I was wondering if it was possible to swap in the swaybars, front struts, and front/rear spring set that are spec'd out for the Pontiac Torrent GXP. Question is, since my XL-7 has the self-leveling rear suspension, would the springs and front strut combo make the Nivomat system go haywire? How about swapping in the front rotors and caliper/adapter/pad from a Torrent GXP? It would be a great and inexpensive way to improve the handling and braking on the XL-7 line

I think it can be done but it can create lot of other problems.
