Default Getting 2009 C50 in two days!!!!

Hey guys thanks for all of the information!!! I love the bike but want the deeper sound. I love the way it sounds once it was done in the video and thank you for going over it in detail.

Is it the same procedure for a 2009 C50???

I wanted to change the pipes right away but dont have the money to do that and I do like the deep sound that the baffling provides.

Could someone please let me know???

Thanks for the help

Default I need Help???

I was just about to de baffle my 2009 C50 watch the video which was great went tto get the proper tools and saw that the 3 inch hole saw was not that close to the outside of the pipe and is inside the welds.

And the 1.5 inch hole saw that is suppose to go around the inner baffle is too small and won't go around it.

Do I just use the 3 inch and cut inside the welds??? If I start with the 1.5 will it fit once I start drilling and shave off some of the end??

I went bay what was in the video but is the 2009 sizes alittle different???

I did it on mine and love it... sounds like a real motorcycle now, haha.

You don't need a video to do it.

Just buy a 1.5 inch hole saw and seperate the small center pipe (which is the baffle)

Then use a 3 or 3.25 inch hole saw to open the pipe up all the way.

Clean it up and use black high temp paint on the inside of the pipe to make it look perfect.
