Lower wind deflectors

Default Lower wind deflectors
I installed a vector fairing, now I'm installing lower wind deflectors but the chrome fork covers rotate all the way so wind just pushes them around. How do i keep covers in place?

I am going to install these next week on 2017 Boulevard, I got them on Amazon. Based on Memphis' website--- they fit. Hope I do not run into the same issue. Did you figure out a fix
