Default Temporary Fuel "Tank" for Maintenance w/o Real Tank

Hey, guys. Newbie C50 maintainer here and I'm working to get a 2006 C50 up and running while the "real" tank is in the paint shop for the next couple of weeks.
I've never worked on a fuel injected bike and only have vague ideas about what kind of fuel pressure is needed, connection issues, etc.I need to be aware of and/or just anything else in that line anybody can throw my way.
The tank had some very real corrosion/debris issues but that has been taken care of. I'm somewhat worried that there may be debris in the hose from the tank to the injectors...any suggestions as to actions needed or history lessons?
Does anyone have any suggestions as to a temporary fuel "tank" rig so that I can be getting the bike actually running while the tank, fenders and stuff are in the paint shop. It's pretty straightforward with a carburetted system but, as I said, I'm a babe in toyland concerning fuel injected systems. Even so, I wager that one can't just rig up a quart plastic jug with a hose feeding into the injector hose.
