01 Intruder 1400 luggage rack install

I have a Highway Hawk luggage rack for my 01 Suzuki Intruder VS1400 and haven't a clue on how to mount it. It came with no instructions of pictures. Anyone know how this might be installed?

I'm replying to myself. I finally removed enough bolts to get the rack to be wedged in place. Only took about 2 hours. Now I gotta find something to strap to it.
