TLR Won't start ... sometimes..

• Turn key on, gauges light up - check
• Turn on kill switch - check
• Hear injectors kick in - check
• make sure in neutral - check
• Hold clutch in - check
• Press start button, lights dim like normal but nothing. No turn over, no attempt, nothing. like dead switch. Try again in 30 seconds, 5 minutes, or 3 days ... Starts up great.

I put a new battery in at beginning of the season (was super old and didn't have enough juice to start but would turn it over). That was 2000 miles ago.
I swapped new bars but kept all existing cabling and hoses.

I am at a loss. Any ideas are appreciated.
